Durga Pujo - Swiggy
Overview
For Durga Pujo 2025, Swiggy’s theme focused on capturing the essence and moments of the festival from Chokkhu Daan and Mahalaya to Dhunuchi Naach and Dhaak Dhool. We researched the stories and rituals surrounding each moment to authentically translate them into design. The visual language drew inspiration from Chalchitra, Pattachitra, and Kalighat painting styles, blending traditional art with a modern festive interface. The result was a storytelling-driven experience that celebrated Bengal’s cultural rhythm through vibrant illustrations and symbolic patterns.
Results
The campaign received overwhelming praise for its authentic representation and design craft, driving higher regional engagement during the festive period.
Pujor Megastar
Overview
Pujor Megastar was a user engagement campaign designed to enhance festive participation through gamification. Aligned with the Durga Pujo theme, users played daily quizzes, completed milestones, and unlocked rewards such as One BLCK memberships and vouchers. My role spanned user flow mapping, information architecture, UI design, and crafting a visual system that merged celebration with interactivity. The interface blended festive textures, scroll-based interactions, and progress tracking creating a digital experience that felt joyful, rewarding, and rooted in the cultural rhythm of Pujo.
Results
The campaign boosted user retention by 42%, with strong engagement across interactive screens and consistent participation throughout the festive week.
